1.) Once done filling our this form, please notify our Admin Team on Facebook or IG.

2.) Our admin staff will be sending you an e-receipt to pay.

3.) Please send us a copy of your receipt/screenshot on our Facebook page to confirm the payment and place your order on our queue.

4.) Actual photo will be sent to you prior to delivery and please note that we can only do one (1) revision of bouquet; otherwise, a customization will be charged.

5.) Flowers are securely packed and once handed to third party courier, we are no longer held responsible for any damages but we will do our best to remind and give proper instructions to riders on how to handle them with care.

6.) A CANCELLATION FEE of 30% will be deducted to the total transaction amount if the customer would like to request for an order cancellation for any reason.

NOTE: No cancellation for customized bouquets; otherwise, 60% cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
